LUNA, APAYAO-- A 21 year old runner with Intellectual Disability (ID) from Baguio E-Lions grabbed the limelight in 400 meter dash 16 above category under special game with ID on a very hot morning yesterday.
Marc Gwyn A. Flores proved himself that he can finish the race despite his condition.
He maintained his endurance and speed until he reached the finish line.
“Kami lang ang nagsilbing trainers nila. Masaya and enjoy namam”, said Coach Charlie B. Basali in a conversation.
Flores is expected to run for the 4 x 1 relay.
Silver Medal was tamed by Benguet Stinger while the bronze medal was snatched by Baguio e-Lions.
